Let's make it fun and exciting for children to come to the pediatrician’s office.

Dr. Jill Neff completed her undergraduate at Berea College, Berea, KY  and continued on to complete her medical education at Ohio University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. Shortly after completing her Pediatric Residency, she moved to Jackson and began seeing patients. In 2011, Dr. Neff joined the Medical Staff at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus opened her own, private practice and began seeing patients at Hometown Pediatric Care in Jackson, OH.  She is also part of Ohio University, College of Osteopathic Medicine Core Faculty, serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, as well as a host site for West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine medical students.  Dr. Neff holds current certifications through the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics and the American Academy of Pediatrics.  Dr. Neff also volunteers with WVSOM Medical Mission Trips to South America.  In her free time, you can find her in nature, capturing photos of Ohio’s abundant wildlife. One of her proudest accomplishments is climbing and reaching the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa.

 

Practice Manager/CPST Toni Wells lives in Oak Hill with her husband, Shane, and son, Ty. She studied at Northern Kentucky University. Toni is a Nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and the Ohio Department of Health Ohio Buckles Buckeyes County Coordinator.  She will be happy to check your car seat or help you install your child’s car seat. In her free time she enjoys attending sporting events, reading, and rodeoing with her family. She is an avid hockey fan and can often be found in the arena, cheering on the Columbus BlueJackets.
